By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from PopWheels (“we,” “us”) at the mobile number provided, including battery station location alerts, battery checkout/return confirmations, billing and account notifications, and customer support replies.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Active riders may receive approximately 2–10 messages per month; occasional promotional or program updates may be sent in addition to transactional messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or membership.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to a PopWheels text message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. You may re-opt in at any time by texting START or by re-enrolling in the app.
