Baruch Herzfeld

Baruch founded Zenoradio, the largest creator/ aggregator of immigrant focused talk radio stations serving over 10 million listeners/month, and broadcasting in dozens of languages.

He has been a bicycle and bicycle safety advocate for over 15 years, and created NYC's first bicycle share program, and NYC's first bicycle parts vending machine.

When he isn't spending time with his kids, (3 of them triplets), Baruch enjoys bicycling, making new friends, bulk grocery shopping and getting quoted in the media on e-microbility and Haitian politics.

David Hammer

David Hammer is an experienced tech founder, CEO, and product leader. He previously founded and scaled Emissary, a software-driven expert network, and led the product and research teams for Hawkfish, Mike Bloomberg’s political technology arm in 2020.

Prior to that, he worked at Google, where he founded and led DV360, one of Google’s top revenue drivers. He spends his spare time chasing his kids, completing and constructing crosswords, and napping when he can.

Ney Frota

Ney frota has been a computer programmer since 14 years old using assembly to build games then evolved to a system developer as a grown adult.

He has worked on various startup projects as a multi hat professional to fill all tech gaps in the MVP phase.

His goal is to buy a boat, add a starlink antenna and work on a different island each month or so.

Lenny Feliu

Lenny Feliu is an Operations and Sales Manager with more than ten years of experience, most of it at Clarins Groupe's leading US account.

As a mother to a lively toddler, she is fiercely committed to creating a greener planet for future generations and safer for NYC's residents. In her downtime from her bustling little one, she enjoys inventing new recipes and listening to Latin music.

Ben Hoff

Fire protection, Electrical and Mechanical Systems

Ben is an experienced mechatronics engineer. He has spent the past decade designing and optimizing energy systems, from 300 MW power plants to HVAC systems for NYC skyscrapers. At Popwheels, he leads fire safety engineering and hardware design.

He spends his spare time restoring motorcycles, building boats, and trying not to fill his living room with things dragged in from dumpsters that "have a lot of potential”.

Nick Ackerman

Nick Ackerman is a longtime Brooklyner with broad experience in start-ups and small businesses. He specializes in untangling problems, building efficient processes, and supporting teams through fast growth. His background spans operations and HR in companies ranging from early-stage ventures to established tech firms.

Ben Rosenn, a lifelong New Yorker, is fiercely committed to making city streets more livable, navigable, and sustainable. He brings a wealth of experience from multiple sectors, having led street infrastructure projects for urban nonprofits, worked within city government, and crafted forward-thinking urban policies at think tanks. Ben also enjoys biking across all five boroughs and passionately advocates for expanding sustainable mobility options for future generations. In his spare time, he runs an independent theater company—The Uptown One Train Theater Company.

Mohamed Ismail

Mohamed Ismail (Shawon) is a recent immigrant to NYC from Chatkil, Bangladesh. Like many Bangladeshi delivery riders in NYC, he was displaced due to the impacts of climate change, and forced to flee his homeland under the threat of death and torture from the dominant political party in his region. Before he worked with us, Shawon worked as a bicycle delivery rider for Uber Eats and Grubhub, and provides consistent valuable insights into the challenges of working as a delivery rider. He has a BBA degree in Bangla Department from Dhaka Mirpur Bangla College with a triple focus on marketing, social responsibility, and electrical engineering.
